Appointment Scheduler

What is it?

An availability-based appointment scheduler that allows students to schedule appointments with your staff through your CSO System.

What’s included?

  • Ability to create and customize your own Appointment Types
    •  Configure limits, lead and freeze times
  • Administrators set individual availability
  • Students search and select appointment times
  • Automatic confirmation and reminder emails

Document Approval

What is it?

A feature that allows you to review and approve student documents before students are able to submit them for job or interview applications in the CSO System.

What’s included?

  • Document pending bin
  • Several pending document statuses, each with unique functionality
  • Timestamps to track document uploads
  • Document Approved automatic email

Faculty Module

What is it?

A unique database that allows faculty to login and view jobs, employers, students and events.

What’s included?

  • Customizable faculty view and profile
  • Ability to link students directly to a faculty member
  • Option to filter search results by faculty major
  • Can make surveys available for faculty upon login

Job Feeds (Indeed/Internships.com)

What is it?

Job Feeds provide your students with even more opportunities in your CSO site with job postings from leading providers that are easily accessible in the jobs menu, and completely separate from listings posted by your office.

What’s included?

  • Separate tabs for each available feed
  • Students can search by: Keyword, Company and Location
    • Searched terms can be pulled from the main job search if entered
  • Indeed includes a “Job Peek” on the student home page
  • Administrators can choose which of the 2 are visible by students

Mentor Module

What is it?

A searchable database that allows mentors to register and define availability, and students to view and contact available mentors.

What’s included?

  • Customizable Mentor Profile
  • Two distinctly different methods by which students can contact mentors
  • Ability to define student and mentor contact limits
  • Reporting on when initial mentor contact is made by students

Post to Twitter/Facebook

What is it?

This feature provides a quick way for administrators to post jobs and/or events to their office Facebook and Twitter pages.

What’s included?

  • A link to the job/event is automatically included in the post, and administrators can add custom text to appear before the link
  • External Link allows users to view limited information without logging in to the CSO System
  • Administrators can customize what appears in the External Link that is posted
    • This is controlled by the Anonymous Role in Permissions

Resume Creator

What is it?

Our Resume Creator helps provide resume writing assistance and guidance to your students from within your CSO System.

What’s included?

  • The Resume Creator features unique resume templates to assist students in presenting their qualifications in their resumes
  • All resume templates link to relevant information in the student’s profile and have editable section headers, sections and text
  • Resumes can be edited, saved, previewed, downloaded and added to the “My Documents” section of the student’s profile
  • Administrators can make individual resume template visible/invisible to students, and custom resume templates are available for an additional fee

Surveys

What is it?

A survey tool linked to your CSO site, allowing you to create and deploy an unlimited number of surveys – then report on the results.

What’s included?

  • Unlimited surveys, questions and responses
  • Many different question types including multiple choice, matrix, short essay and more
  • Several deployment methods including one through your CSO site
  • Ability to export survey responses to Excel for reporting
